The Netherlands is the lowest part of Europe and has been protected through the centuries by an impressive body of knowledge about water management. Anthropogenic Climate Change poses an unprecedented challenge for the future of this river delta due to climate change. We will set up base camp in Amsterdam and, from there, organize day trips to the Dutch version of Silicon Valley in Eindhoven and to the center of political climate policy-making in The Hague. This intensive study trip offers an in-depth overview of sustainability management, NGO, and public policy responses to climate change and human impacts on the environment, with high-ranking experts in these sectors offering insights into the latest solutions and management practices. This trip is open to all Graduate Students and high-performing undergraduate students with instructor permission.

Includes round trip transportation to the destination, accommodation with breakfast, one group meal, local visits, professors trip cost and VAT.
