The accessibility [at] aup.edu (Accessibility Support Office (ASO)) is the initial contact for disability support services. The Accessibility Support Office:听
- Collects and validates official documentation.听
- Issues official accommodations letters to students.听
- Refers students to specialists for initial or further evaluations.听
- Manages the .听
- Reviews and approves accommodation requests for upcoming exams.听
- Serves as a liaison with professors regarding accommodation arrangements.听
- Drops off and picks up laptops at exam locations and delivers completed exams to professors.听

The Student Guidance Counselors are a secondary resource that students may go to when they need support on campus. The counselors:听
- Acts as additional emotional and personal support.听
- Can refer students to specialists and outside resources.听
- Refer students to the ASO for accommodation registration.听

An Exam Accommodation service is offered by the Accessibility Support Office (ASO) as a resource to assist with scheduling students鈥 exams using their approved testing accommodations. This service is only available for students who have been approved for academic accommodations.听
